This hit after hit show is a true Johnny Cash experience that celebrates the music and life of ‘The Man In Black’ and his fun-loving wife, June Carter. This concert covers the entire career of Johnny Cash from the 1950s at Sun Records to 2003 with the American Recordings label and includes Johnny’s biggest hits Ring of Fire, Boy Named Sue, I Walk The Line, Folsom Prison Blues, Hurt and the famous duet Jackson sung with June Carter amongst many other classic songs.
The concert performance features Ward Cornforth as a 1960’s era Johnny Cash and includes duets performed with Johnny’s life-long partner June Carter. Ward Cornforth and his band accurately recreate Cash’s biggest hits with the distinctive sound of Cash’s signature backing band, The Tennessee Three.
The show is a fun, toe-tapping trip down memory lane. Ward incorporates historical accounts and personal anecdotes about the Country Legend and American Poet, who left his mark upon many millions of fans, in this not-to-be-missed musical event.

ALL Canadian - 50th Anniversary Tour, celebrates the songs and music of the iconic Canadian group - The BAND.
One of Ontario’s most talked about Live acts makes a return appearance to the Lighthouse Theatre in Port Dover ON. Playing near the home of Band member Rick Danko and in a town the Hawks frequented is always a special night.
This all-star Canadian cast are celebrating the 50th Anniversary of THE BAND’s final concert in 1976 and The BAND’s amazing contribution to our shared Canadian musical and cultural heritage.
For sixteen years, this show has thrilled audiences at the Mariposa Folk Festival, Beaches Jazz Festival, Kitchener Blues Festival, Ottawa City Folk Festival, Peterborough Music Fest, CNE Bandshell and Norfolk County Fair. It has also Sold Out theatres in Ottawa, Peterborough, London, Orillia, Gravenhurst, North Bay (and many more).
This is an all-star line-up, featuring Jerome Levon Avis (Levon Helm’s godson), on drums and vocals with special guests and a nine-piece band.
Bill Avis, Jerome's father and former Road Manager of The Hawks/The Band will also make an appearance. Led by musical director Lance Anderson, the band consists of veteran guitar player Terry Blersh, Wayne Deadder bass, Rob Gusevs, organ and a four piece horn section of Toronto’s finest players.
Special guests like Chuck Jackson (Downchild Blues Band), Johnny Max and more will join in the celebration.
The performance will recreate the atmosphere of The Band’s final concert, which was captured in Martin Scorcese’s award-winning concert film, The Last Waltz. On the American Thanksgiving of 1976 at San Francisco’s Winterland Ballroom. Many of their friends joined in their farewell concert celebration. These friends included Bob Dylan, Ronnie Hawkins, Van Morrison, Eric Clapton, Dr John and Canadians Neil Young and Joni Mitchell and others who performed with The Band on this special night.
The Band is a Canadian national treasure. Rick Danko came from Simcoe ON, and with three other members of the legendary roots music group came from southern Ontario.
