Suggested: pillow, yoga blocks, bolster, eye pillow etc.

Come and enjoy an evening of rejuvenation and relaxation. We will be holding our signature restorative /Aromatouch & Reiki workshop on August 13 at the Port Dover beach outside of Knectles.

Please expect there to be some outdoor elements such as bugs / sand etc
