Canadian National Film Day is Wednesday, April 21st, and Haldimand-Norfolk filmmakers are getting a much-needed boost of support with the first-ever Watch Local Week! This free virtual screening initiative runs from April 18th - 24th and is aimed at celebrating and promoting local talent and offering free entertainment for the community.

As a collaboration between the Haldimand and Norfolk County Public Libraries, Windecker Road Films, and Rainey Media, Watch Local Week offers the community at large the opportunity to stream locally produced television and film content for free for one week. By clicking here viewers are able to register for the event and then stream the various home-grown TV series, documentaries, and narrative films at their leisure throughout the week!
