Join us for an evening of music and dining among the trees.
Homegrown Hideaway is proud to present our first Dinner and a Show!
Join us June 15th 2023 for an evening to delight the senses!
Thrive Norfolk will be here serving up a three course dinner in the trees.
They will be bringing their celebration of the true meaning of 'farm to table' to Homegrown Hideaway by cultivating, preparing and cooking individual ingredients in their prime and showcasing them in our outdoor dining room. Thrive grows, raises and forages as much as they can on their farm but when they simply can't do it all, this is where the amazing folks of Norfolk come into play. Norfolk County farmers, fishers, etc. offer amazing products that Thrive is proud to support and present alongside their own.
Following dinner, you will be welcomed into the barn for an intimate Jazz show put on my Nosey Neighbour.
Nosey Neighbour is Brantford’s jazz quartet and was born from a shared love of modern and traditional forms of jazz. Formed in early 2018, Nosey Neighbour quickly established themselves as the premiere jazz outfit in the city with performances at Brantford International Jazz Festival, a bustling residency 50+ weeks running, and many more all across Ontario. Nosey Neighbour is JUNO-nominated Paul MacDougall (guitar), George Ouellette (electric bass), Ben Bowen (trumpet), and Costa Chatzis (drum set).
Cash bar will be available with a selection of local wine, beer and ciders
