-3 weekly group fitness classes.
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
-Recordings of the classes if you can't make the times and to do on your off days.
-Ongoing support, motivation and accountability.
We know these times are tough and everyone is in a different situation so we're hosting this as a sliding scale. Please just pay us what you can and keep your body moving and your mind clear!
